The unit (22' x 55' or larger) offer's a roughed in unisex bathroom with space for an office and reception area in the front and warehouse space in the rear. Many of our customers are including an optional loft over the office reception areas to expand either the office or warehouse space.
The front of the unit has an entry door and two window with frontage exposer. The owner is also permitted to place a lighted sign over these elements to advertise a business. The rear of the unit has a 3-0 entry door and a 16'w x 14'h commercial garage door with a commercial opener.
Each space has a 100 A electrical service as well as water, sewer and gas. Electrical outlets and lighting included and additional electrical components can be included at the customers request.
