Individual heated, exceptionally well insulated units with 24/7 access to store and work on your boat, RV or just a workshop. If you don't have the space on your property or simply don't want a large storage building next to your home our proven Maxi-Storage concept is the answer. With this concept you don't have to worry about the details of building construction, maintenance or security.

We are now offering flex-space, office/warehouse units. These units have an office front elevation with a garage door and entry door in the rear with a unisex restroom. They have excellent traffic exposure and a sign advertising your business is permitted above your front door and windows.

As you can see from our web site we are also offering upscale airplane hangars. Similar in construction to our personal storage units these 45' wide by 40' hangars offer heat, lights, a restroom and a spacious shared flight-planning center.
